Universal Properties Group has over thirty-five years of experience in the planning and development of residential developments, retail, and commercial projects in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

The company’s commercial developments include Bald Hill Commons, the first and most successful power center in Rhode Island; Warwick Centre, located directly opposite Bald Hill Commons; the Centre of New England Business Park, a 480-acre mixed-use development located in Coventry, Rhode Island.

Universal continues to own and maintain properties throughout Rhode Island.
